Cast in the USA bronze 3″ jam cleat. These cleats traditionally have 2 #8 countersunk fastener holes for top mounting, this one gives you the choice of your mounting hole size as it is a blank cleat.
The bronze alloy makes it easy to drill with any machinist bit.
Typically it is used with a flag halyard; although your imagination can take you anywhere you need a small jam cleat, pesky outdoor roll up blinds etc……
